The King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) is a new development under construction near King Fahad Road in the Al Aqeeq area of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia being undertaken by the Rayadah Investment Corporation on behalf of the Pension Authority of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The research on the site shows that the area has a high demand for family apartments, however the surrounding apartment buildings are unexceptional.
The project represents a unique, modern and contemporary apartment complex in Riyadh city, Saudi Arabia. We provide a different living experience for our clients by providing one-of-a-kind units along with many other facilities (Parking, storage, housekeeper rooms, gardens, kids’ play areas, recreational areas, GYM... etc.) and to provide an enjoyable and private daily life .
With the aim of thinking of a project not limited in function, we want to stimulate its sphere of intervention.
Here is the opportunity to trigger new stimuli in difficult collective environments, so as to be able to incorporate the various fragments into a unit of events.
The new form is absorbing various complexities and transforming them as the new enriched identity, useful to regenerate and lead the growing city neighborhood.
