The object of the project deals with the preparation of basic risk management studies to be incorporated into the Territorial Organization Plans of fourteen (14) municipalities in the central-south western area of the country, within the framework of the contract signed between Ezquiaga Arquitectura, Sociedad y Territorio with FONADE, under the supervision of the National Planning Department — DNP.

The execution of this project is achieved by following the guidelines and requirements set forth in Decree 1807
of 2014 compiled in Decree 1077 of 2015, achieving the improvement of knowledge in the field of Threat and risk in the municipalities under evaluation based on the relevant information that exists and is available from official sources of local, regional and national.
