General Office of Ports
The object of this contract is the "Technical, financial, legal, administrative, environmental and social audit of the contract of port concession No - 010 of 1994, 001 of 2007, 021 of 1997 and 001 of 2009 - subscribed between the Nation - It's General Office of Ports and/or the National Institute of Concessions INCO - and the Companies - Port Society Algranel sa, Sociedad Portuaria Bavaria SA, Sociedad Oil Tanking, and Sociedad Portuaria de la Península SA ".
The works as port concession consultants were various
The work carried out included the monitoring of the Investment Plan, surveillance in the operation, and the reversion of the concession contracts and port approvals in accordance with the scope and purpose of each of the port concessions and/or approvals.
Three phases are obligatory and were put in place
1. Diagnostic and planning stage: It is the initial stage of the auditing, in which the identification of the status of the concession contracts was carried out, in order to carry out a diagnosis that allows the plan to be identified of action.
2. Monitoring stage: In this stage, the execution of the concession contract was monitored, as well as the monitoring of each of the contractual obligations.
3. Final stage of the audit: End of the term of the audit in which the different management and status reports of the different port concessions.
