The Development Of The Preliminary Environmental Impact Assessment Of The Btr Project (Sections 1 And 4) And Updating Of The Eiap Of The Central Section (Sections 2 And 3), According To The Procedure Established In Law N ° 294/93 On Environmental Impact Assessment And Its Regulatory Decree N ° 453/13 And 954/13.

In order to submit to the consideration of the Directorate of Socio-Environmental Management (DGSA) BTR Project Executing Unit (UEP) of the MOPC and subsequent presentation to the Secretary of the Environment (SEAM) for analysis, evaluation, approval and obtaining the Declaration of Environmental Impact (DIA), or Project Environmental License.
