FONADE
FONADE during 2013 and 2014 signed agreements with the Department of Social Prosperity, the
Ministry of Housing, City and Territory, the Colombian Institute of Family Welfare, Ecopetrol, Federation of
Departments, among others, which require a significant number of works for construction, remodeling
and adaptation of infrastructures, educational, social, cultural, kindergartens, etc.
Factory of supervision
By virtue of this, FONADE designed a contract model called “Factory of supervision”, configured under the
scheme of a framework contract for auditing, in different locations of the national territory, allowing a
greater economy in operational and logistical aspects under quality criteria and compliance by the controller
contracted, executing the Supervision of designs and technical studies and works under the scheme of a factory, which
handle five lines of auditing as follows:
