This work consisted of technical assistance to the management (Inspection) of THE WORKS “CONSTRUCCIÓN OF THE CHIQUIHURCO - PELILEO DRINKING WATER SYSTEM "


The project CONSTRUCTION OF THE CHIQUIHURCU - PELILEO DRINKING WATER SYSTEM is divided into:
1. DRIVING LINE. - The project begins in the town of Apatug, Parroquia Juan Benigno Vela de la city ​​of Ambato, Province of Tungurahua; with a length of 19,940 meters in ductile iron pipe and Steel until reaching the Teligote treatment plant in the community of the same name in the Pelileo canton.
 

The project collects water and makes it drinkable

Modular Type TREATMENT PLANT, with total of 4 units, and an installed capacity of
purification of 100 l / s. Each module includes the following treatments:
Aeration, Flocculation, Sedimentation, Filtration and Chlorination, and is to deliver drinking water to the city of Penile.

DISTRIBUTION LINE AND RESERVOIR TANKS

In high pressure PVC pipe and with a total length of 32,077 meters, the water is distributed through distribution tanks (TR) and
leads in several distribution lines to the 8 reservoir tanks, with capacities between 300 and 1,000 m3, located in rural parishes such as El Rosario, García Moreno, Catitahua, Bolívar, Huambaló, Benítez and Pelileo urban parish, belonging to the Pelileo canton in the Province of Tungurahua.
