Today we would like to share with you the picture of the site visit of our new project, which consists of a private luxury building in Guandong, China that is currently under construction.
The Project is composed by the ground floor which will have comercial uses, the main entrance and a private showroom of high Brand supercars. The first floor will have a shared space equipped with the latest tecnologies for merchandising and privite office spaces. From the second to the sixth floor 3 private luxory apartments with more than 400 sqm each floor. In the end on the rooftop there is a private pavilion designed for parties and small exclusive events. In addition from the rooftop it’s possible to enjoy the astonish views towards the lake within the historic center of the city.
Currently the structure of concrete is concluded and soon we will begin to execute the exterior facades and later the interior design.
