We welcome a new member to COSMOSIVICSA: TOMÁS VILLA ARQUITECTURA join our alliance and Tomás Villa become our managing partner for South America.
Tomás Villa, an architect with honors from Universidad Pontifica Bolivariana (Medellín), achieving the title of Architect and Urbanist endorsed by the RIBA.
He made a master's degree from the European University of Valencia, March in Architecture, design and innovation.
He started his own architecture firm in January 2018. Since then he has worked on many projects, especially in Colombia and Miami. Specialized in single-family homes and residential complexes, he has collaborated with major Colombian architecture studios. His team is made up of 3 people from different specialties.
The projects in which he has worked have been published in international architectural platforms such as Archdaily, Plataforma Arquitectura. He has received the first prize Pro Hábitat in 2014 and in 2016.
Since August 2020, he has collaborated on several projects with COSMOSIVICSA, mainly focused on collective housing projects for a real estate developer. Collaboration has always been satisfactory, so after many conversations, Tomás Villa and his team joined the company.
South America has always been a strategic area for our company, so we are very happy to have a partner like Tomás. We are sure that this new alliance allows us to cover many more projects together.
