A growing municipality
The Project consists of a complex of 80 attached houses arranged linearly in a lot on the outskirts of the municipality of Planeta Rica. The objective was to develop a design that would position itself as a quality benchmark in the region, attracting population from other municipalities to this region, which is expected to grow in the coming years.
An efficient housing unit
Each housing unit has a covered parking lot, living room, dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. it is proposed a two-story house design that allows efficient use of the lot and a facade that develops a game of volumes and cantilevers that give the project a contemporary appearance and give movement.
Contemporary design
Additionally, a very efficient interior distribution of the spaces had to be proposed, in which the circulations would occupy the smallest possible area, giving the most widely used spaces the greatest possible amplitude. On the other hand, materials and construction techniques were implemented that are accessible in the region and that allow a contemporary aesthetic. For this, it was chosen to implement exposed concrete walls for some portions of the first floor, defining a zocalo, and plaster with a white paint finish for the interior and facade walls on the second level.
